Keeping it pet-safe excludes some categories entirely — sympathy, apology, forgiveness, farewell, celebration, obsession, and regret currently have no pet-safe flowers in our glossary — which can shift the arrangement's intensity or meaning from what the message alone would suggest.
We read your message for the feeling underneath it: love, grief, apology, gratitude, even spite, and choose flowers whose traditional meanings carry that feeling honestly. Occasion, mood and colour nudge the selection without overriding it.
